Welcome to Simple SpEd Reports ("Service"), a web-based platform designed to assist school psychologists and other special education professionals with report writing, template creation, assessment documentation, and AI-assisted content generation.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by licensed professionals and educational personnel, including but not limited to:

Compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
Final report content
Educational and professional decisions
The Service does not replace professional judgment, independent evaluation, supervision requirements, or ethical obligations.
3. Student Information and Privacy
Users should avoid entering personally identifiable student information ("PII") into the Service whenever possible.

Users are responsible for:

Updating outdated content
Removing information that should no longer be retained

Simple SpEd Reports does not assume responsibility for user-entered content.
